Manage your Backoffice Account Settings
Modify your Brands' Backoffice Account settings to best serve you and your Retailers needs.
Ordering Rules
Instant Ordering:
With this Setting Enabled
, any Retailer will be able to automatically connect to your Brand, and begin placing Orders.
We recommend this setting be Enabled
for a number of reasons:
- Retailers will have a seamless experience browsing, importing, and ordering from your Brand.
- Allows new Customers to easily connect, prompting a new sales lead with your Brand.
If you decide you would like to review all incoming Connection Requests, please review the Retailers section below.
Terms of Service
If Connecting to your Brand requires additional Terms to be accepted, you may add a direct URL link to these Terms or Service you have hosted on your Website for Retailers to review upon submitting a Connection Request.
User Management
As and Owner or Admin of the Backoffice, you may invite other Admins from your team to manage the Backoffice.
Invites are sent to the specified email, and contain a Password Reset link to gain access to the Backoffice.
Admins who have accepted the invitation will show under the Users
tab. All other invites will show under the Pending invitations
tab.
You can revoke access to any admin at any time bu Selecting the Button to the left of the Users name, clicking the Actions
button, and "Delete" their profile.
Priviledges
Any user added to the Backoffice has full control of the account and may delete information or change settings at any point. Be sure to maintain user access as changes in personnel happen within your team.
Manual Integration
This section provides a number of different options for providing and reviewing Catalog data, with useful links provided for each section.
To start, you are able to Manually Upload a file to quickly update your Items if truly necessary. Please note, if you have an established Regular Sync method, any manual changes will be overwritten once the Sync processes.

The final section provides you the File Upload History
, and the Error Files
necessary to review issues with your Catalog uploads. If you have chosen to integrate with us directly, please Download and Review your Error Files as they come in to make sure the browsing experience of our Retailers remains consistent.
API Connection / Keys
These 2 section provide both a Direct Link to the Documentation for integrating via the API, and also provides your hidden Client ID + Secret credentials.
Access to Credentials
Any user with Access to the Backoffice can reveal these keys. Be sure to vet all users who have access to the Backoffice.

Now that you have modified the Backoffice Settings to your liking, you can continue setting up your account by Syncing your Catalog or beginning the Ordering Phase of the integration.
