How do we format our Catalog to support selling in multiple countries?

Many vendors are often times selling in multiple markets outside of a single country. Typically, the items available vary from country to country. To facilitate this, we recommend creating multiple Vendor profiles based on the specific country you will be selling a set list of products in.

Can you upload more than 12 images for an item?

You are able to upload as many images as desired, however the Retail platform is limited to displaying a maximum of 12 images to a Retailer once the item has been imported to their account. We recommend placing the best 12 images in your file FIRST to best display the items to Retailers.

How frequently does my SFTP connection sync with LightSpeed?

We will pull the data provided in the specified path assigned in your Backoffice once every 24 hours at 12am EST
