General search:.

"language" must be a valid ISO 639-1 language code. If * is specified, the query will be applied on all languages

"term" is used to match on product name, vendor name, vendor sku, brand name, manufacturer sku, gtin (upc, ean, isbn, itf14)

"brand" is used to search products based on brand.

"vendor" is used to search products based on vendor
